dust brothers - fight club ost (1999) /Ambient, Trip Hop, Soundtrack

Музыка, безусловно, сделана качественно и интересно, и на самом деле является этаким сливом всего имевшегося на тот момент в электронике, от dub, electro до trip hop и big beat. Огромное наслоение всяческих звуков, петель, отрывков, чередующихся между собой с бешеной энергией - в общем итоге, не что иное, как именно звуковая дорожка к фильму. Временами все смахивает на Chemical Brothers и Massive Attack (например, вещь "Medula Oblongata" - кстати, массиваттаковский "Mezzanine" вышел в том же году, так что понять, кто с кого содрал, проблематично).

Большой (и для многих неприятный) сюрприз - на диске нет отличной вещи "Where Is My Mind", которая звучит в конце фильма. Потому что, по сути, написали ее не Dust Brothers, а Pixies.
